I am in my second year of hosting with eTecc and I have to say that their support is by far the fastest and best I have had with any other hosting company. The very few times that I have actually had to email them, I usually get a response back within an hour ( usually less ) and my issue is resolved very quickly. Thanks Derek. I have just added another domain to my account and plan to move more over very soon from another hosting provider. For service and price eTecc is unmatched.

I haven't been with eTecc very long but I'm already veeery pleased.
My previous Vds host used to take about 4 hours to reply to support tickets/questions and things. Since signing up with eTecc i've had polite, well written and informative replies within an hour, sometimes within minutes!
The Vds itself is of a high standard (yet a surprisingly low cost) and you get a wide range of Os'es to chose from to be installed.
If you're looking for a Vds provider for anything at all, seriously, give these guys a go. You won't be dissapointed :)
